In an effort to start saving money, Agrius will no longer be spending his paychecks on expensive restaurant foods and cab fare getting to restaurants where he can buy expensive restaurant foods.  Why should you care?  BECAUSE, dummy!!  Agrius has decided that some of the munny he'd otherwise spend engorging himself should go towards finally getting some art commissioned!
